Alex Residence - Larnaca

I had an very nice stay at Alex Residence in Larnaca. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within walking distance. Alex, the host, was really good. He provided detailed information before my arrival and was always available to answer any questions I had. The highlight was the rooftop swimming pool with fine views of Larnaca. I highly recommend this place for a nice stay in Larnaca.

The whole experience met needs well, I will choose the place for future trips. I had a really nice stay, with location in the center of everything. Plus it was 10 minutes walk to Phinikoudes.

Stayed here with my small family and overall truly enjoyed this apartment. Huge, welcoming rooms, there were a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The whole vibe was quiet. Had kitchen. The pool was clean, the staff was friendly. The setting was decent...

The location here is fantastic, just a 5-minute drive to Europe Square and very close to the center.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The living area felt spacious with a very large balcony that gets the afternoon sun. Roof terrace with pool was lovely with amazing views. Alex's recommendations for places to eat etc were brilliant. He was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of his way for us. The location was perfect for us just out of town but only 10 mins to beach.

The rooftop swimming pool at Alex Residence was truly a highlight of my stay. The breathtaking views of the town, Mediterranean Sea, and mountains made me feel like I was lounging in a luxurious oasis. It was like floating in an infinity pool with the entire world at my fingertips.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alex Residence! The host, Alex, was exceptional and provided us with useful information before our arrival. He even arranged a cab from the airport to the residence, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was fantastic - clean, practical, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect, with restaurants, shops, bus stops, beautiful sites. We highly recommend staying here for adventure travelers like us!

The sun beds at the pool were not in the best condition, and there was no shade on the roof. It would have been nice to have some umbrellas or a shaded area to escape the intense heat.

Always return to this place. Great staff helped me find my necklace. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Air conditioning. Other amenities include: Paid airport shuttle, Flat-screen TV, Lift, VIP check-in/ -out, Fitness centre. Perfect for me! Coming back for Christmas.

The apartment was located in a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach and the center of town. It was fully furnished and had a spacious and sunny layout, with a large open balcony where you could enjoy the beautiful sunset views. the owner, Alex, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with useful information and even arranging taxis for us. the rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic bonus.

One small inconvenience was the lack of washing powder for the washing machine.
